Since late 2018, I have watched our HOA transition from being owned and managed by Robson to a member-led active-adult community. This shift has brought new opportunities and challenges for our neighborhood. As our community has worked through various normal transition phases, we must put more focus on the member experience while driving operating excellence. Saddlebrooke HOA2 Experience My wife Tracy and I purchased our Saddlebrooke home in 2018 (Unit 43 Lot 26) and moved here full time in March 2021. We have two adult children who live in California and Colorado. We both enjoy being active members of the community—Tracy frequently uses the HOA’s exercise facilities and loves to play Mahjong and Samba, while I spend my free time playing golf, pickleball, and taking long walks.
